Flirtatious
There's no real canon reason why Ryoji is so flirtatious considering who he is, and the SEES Leader himself isn't that much of the type to be going around dating everyone ~~unlike the later protagonists~~. However it could be in part due to his love of life (and the irony of what that is) that causes him to crank it up to 11 and shamelessly flirt with everyone. While it is mostly girls who are the victims of his whimsical advances, a few boys have also been his radar.

Perverted
While he has - partly due to his reawakening as Death - toned this down, Ryoji is not afraid of telling others what he likes openly and even snoop on girls in an onsen (Japanese bath where its participants are naked) even if there are dangers of being found out. Maybe now he could argue it as being his curiosity about humans but let's be honest - guy acts like a horny 17 year old despite being Death itself. True, currently with a lack of Junpei and how the both of them would basically egg each other on, Ryoji might be a little less trouble, but honestly in a place like Prisma, it's just going to be throwing fuel into the fire.

Compassionate (to the best of his ability)
Ryoji cares a lot for those who are close to him, most importantly the Leader of SEES, and his love of humans is reflected by the fear of the hardships they are about to face with what he had assumed to be the certainty of their death and doom at the hands of Nyx and technically himself as her avatar. Ready to sacrifice himself so that their memories would be erased until the end of the world, he does not completely understand human emotions by doing so - proving that while he cares, also is a shadow and does not fully understand the weight that death can have to them.

While not from the path I am taking him, the social link with the female SEES leader enforces that with how he appears confused at times with his 'human' emotions wondering why it hurts to say beautiful things to someone, unable to fully comprehend the why of the pain that comes with it.

Lives for the moment
Because of who he is and who he knows he must be, it can be said that Ryoji lives 'the now' and the now only. He doesn't have any plans for his future or issues about his past, or other human worries that could burden him. In a way it sets him free to do as he pleases, especially once he finds out that SEES has been stopped. This can be both good and bad, and finding out that yes, he can eat twenty cakes of he wants too but might get sick are going to be lessons in growing.

Amiable
Going with his compassionate nature, Ryoji presents himself as easy going, with a somewhat innocent-like nature (you know, when he's not being a pervert). His voice is soft even when he's excited and others comment about how pleasant he is.He seems to enjoy every little thing in life that others might take for granted - for example sunrises and sunsets, and likes to go have fun with his friends. Wither that was an unconscious desire due to his connection and growth with the SEES Leader or not, he treasures it greatly. Friendships are precious to him and the fact he can be in this world, away from the Death that he is, is something that will make him appreciate each day and everyone he meets.

Death
As the appraiser of death and Nyx's avatar, Ryoji is not human even if he will present himself as a human. That means he doesn't really bleed or feel pain and is made up of shadows instead. Those who are able to detect non-humans would be able to tell really easily what he is.

Thanatos
Ryoji can turn into Thanatos, the complete form of Death and this includes all the powers that Thanatos is able to use. Most of them involve dark attacks, physical and fear spells. Anything that could potentially kill someone will be removed and nerfed. For simplicity's sake, I will link to the wiki link and also note that he has a big-ass blade that can be used to chop up things.

Nyx Avatar
Turning into a giant winged creature (with an even more giant blade) of wtf proportions, the Nyx Avatar will probably be rarely used (if at all) in the game but is listed here as it is one of his powers. There are a lot of powers involved as he uses all of the previous powers from all the previous shadows fought in the game, essentially you could argue this battle is a boss rush before he reveals his own powers as the 13th tarot card - Death. The wiki lists the full stats and powers. He is very large in this form, speaks with a much lower voice as well. He is also capable of creating a shield that repels attacks.

Unkillable (with certain exceptions)
It was proven in the game and in the movies that Ryoji cannot be killed as he is 'The Appriser'. However due to their connection, the SEES Leader is able to harm him or outright kill him if they chose. Despite not being from the same world, I will say that any SEES leader has that ability, their connection being the original one or not. Note that unkillable does not mean he is invincible, especially since I don't want him to be too powerful for the game. I will say that since he's not 'Death' in other worlds, other people not from the Persona world will be able to harm him as well - not as much as the SEES leaders, but able to dent him somewhat.

Other magical powers
He can easily stop bullets fired at him, he can effortlessly toss Aigis around once he regains his memories with his barriers, and even destroyed an entire bridge without breaking a sweat. He can also hover/fly.

But as a note, his powers here will require some degree of Chroma - using them will leave him very weak and while (if possible!) I'm sure there's much worse things than Death for Death ;) Also he's very nice and likes humans so why would he harm them?
